Your membership gives you access to all of the A Whole New World History units in Year 1 OR Year 2 (depending on what you purchased). This is not a purchase of a product, but access to classes.

Your family will have one login to the classroom area. When you sign up, you will have a chance to register each child. Your students can access the classes at anytime. Those in the LIVE class can log in to Zoom from individual devices simultaneously.

The school year for World History will cover:

Year 1

9 weeks of Africa
6 weeks of Oceania
13 weeks of Asia (includes Global Conflicts and year-long wrap up)

Year 2

9 weeks of Europe (plus World Conflicts class)
9 weeks of North America
9 weeks of South America (plus year-long wrap-up)

Classes and assignments will continue to remain available for your access for as long as you remain a member.

On Mondays, your student(s) will login and watch the teacher video. Then, at their own pace, students will complete the assignments. On Fridays, those who registered for the LIVE class will attend the class using the provided Zoom link.  Students in the LIVE class participate in class discussion about the week's material with the teacher and fellow students.

Enrollment to the live class is limited to 30 students.

No.  Downloading or screen-recording the class is not permitted. Your membership entitles to you access to the available lessons. You may not record, copy, download, reproduce, duplicate, archive, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, broadcast, perform, display, sell, transfer, rent, sub-license, transmit or retransmit this content.

We have a list of suggestions for literature (related to the different historical events in history). One of those books (you'll see it noted when you sign in) will be discussed in a book club setting. 

This is an optional feature that you will be asked to register for at a later date.

If you miss a LIVE class, you miss the class. Due to privacy concerns with minors, classes will not be distributed to those who miss.

This class is designed for students in middle school — grades 6-8, ages 11-14.

Every week, students will receive login information for the LIVE Zoom session.  Students are asked to use webcams.

Before you invest in your first month, we encourage you to watch the free class and complete the assignments. 

If after purchasing your membership you find that this is not working for your family, you can cancel any time. You will have access for the remainder of your billing month and will not be charged again.

The videos posted weekly (2-4 every month) are about 10-15 minutes. 

After watching the video, students will spend 30-60 mins each day completing the various assignments. Additional time will be needed to read the (optional) literature selection.

The LIVE class on Fridays lasts 30-45 mins.

• As the homeschool parent, you are in charge of making sure your students attend the class and complete assignments. You will verify if they have learned the information provided.
• Instructors will not provide grades or administer graded tests and quizzes.
• Woke Homeschooling will also not provide certificates of completion
